Traditional Therapies for Modern Wellbeing
Each treatment is rooted in centuries of Chinese medical knowledge and tailored to your individual needs. Discover the approach that's right for you.

Acupuncture
Dating back to over 2500 years ago, acupuncture is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine. During a treatment, fine, sterile needles are inserted at specific points along the body's meridian pathways in order to restore the natural flow of qi (your vital energy), encouraging your body to heal and rebalance itself. Acupuncture is a gentle treatment, suitable to any age groups and health conditions: we don't follow fixed protocols but put together a personalised treatment on every visit, taking into consideration your current health and needs.

Cupping uses suction to release muscular tension and provide relief to a tight fascia. We use the traditional fire cupping method, where a flame is quickly placed inside a glass cup to create suction. The treatment is painless and creates a sense of relaxation. Mainly used to relieve aches and pains, it is also very effective as a general wellbeing treatment.
